Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding public holidays.

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces may take 7–14 business days to create before dispatch.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Within Australia

We currently ship Australia-wide using Australia Post or a trusted courier partner.

Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel is shipped, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number. You can monitor the progress of your delivery through the carrier’s website.

Delivery Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:

  1. First, check your tracking details.

  2. Contact the carrier with your tracking number.

  3. If still unresolved, contact us at stones.unturned@yahoo.com and we’ll assist you.

Incorrect Address or Returned Parcels

Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order.
If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed, we can resend it—additional postage fees may apply.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

While we take great care in packaging your items securely, we are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels once they are with the shipping provider.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product for assessment.

Click & Collect / Local Pickup

We currently do not offer local pickup, but this may become available at select events or pop-ups. Follow us on Facebook and Instagram for updates.
